The Heritage School Uniform Policy

Students are required to wear complete approved uniform
 

For ALL students:

• The uniform must be the outermost layer of clothing.  Hoodies, coats, jackets, sweatshirts or sweaters that cover the uniform are not permitted and must be removed.

• No wearing pants below waist

• For young women, no wearing skirts higher than two inches above knee

• No hats, bandanas, do-rags, head-wraps, head-scarves (except for religious reasons, which have to be explained to the Principal)

• No beads or other gang-related apparel
   

Young women should:

• Wear White, Light Blue or Navy Blue Heritage pride logo polo shirts or hoodies

• Wear Navy Blue or Cream-colored TWILL pants/skirt covering the  knee

• NOT wear miniskirts, mini shorts, leggings or spandex pants and absolutely NO JEANS/JEGGINGS no exceptions.
   

Young men should:

• Wear White, Light Blue or Navy Blue Heritage pride logo polo shirts or hoodies

• Wear Navy Blue or Cream-colored TWILL pants

• Wear a belt so pants do not fall below waist

• NOT wear JEANS and/or T-Shirts, no exceptions
